New Actor Cast as Phil Dwyer in Breaking Dawn
Summit Entertainment has confirmed that Ty Olsson will be playing Bella's stepfather Phil Dwyer in Breaking Dawn.He replaces actor Matt Bushell who played him in Twilight.
